1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BNW55 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using BNW55 in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.
BNW55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, BNW55 will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of BNW55 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using BNW55 immediately.

2 Eligibility
To register and use BNW55, you must meet all of the following conditions:

BNW55 may request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time during the registration process or afterward. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3 Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one BNW55 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a family member's details, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, BNW55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses claimed, and withhold any outstanding withdrawals pending investigation.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must keep your account details up to date. BNW55 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. BNW55 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at registration or at any subsequent point. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and — for larger transactions — proof of payment method. Account functionality may be limited until KYC is completed.
4 Deposits and Payments
BNW55 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine players:
- GCash
- Maya (formerly PayMaya)
- GrabPay
- Coins.ph
- InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits are free of charges imposed by BNW55, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with your provider before depositing.
Funds deposited into your BNW55 account must only come from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and investigation.
BNW55 does not accept cash payments. All transactions must be made electronically through the supported channels listed above.
5 Withdrawals
Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed the KYC verification process.
- Any active wagering requirements tied to bonus funds must be completed before the relevant bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
- Your withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
BNW55 processes withdrawal requests within a standard processing window. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours on regular banking days. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving bank. BNW55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
BNW55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure, not a restriction on your access to funds.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
BNW55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated in the individual promotion's details. The following general rules apply to all bonuses at BNW55:
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough requirement) that must be met before any winnings generated from that bonus can be converted to withdrawable real money.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered BNW55 players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. BNW55 reserves the right to exclude certain players from bonus eligibility at its discretion.
- One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
- Abuse prevention: BNW55 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or other methods designed to circumvent wagering requirements will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins or free bets expire after a stated period. Unused bonus balance after the expiry date will be removed from your account.
BNW55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of their opt-in.
7 Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and game wagers placed on BNW55 are final once confirmed. BNW55 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted in specific game rules (for example, certain live sports in-play markets that allow cash-out).
For sports betting, including PBA, volleyball, and other covered sports:
- All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or league.
- In the event of a match postponement or cancellation, BNW55's settlement rules as outlined in the sports betting terms apply. Pre-game bets on postponed matches are typically voided and stakes returned.
- BNW55 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, technical error, or where prices were set incorrectly due to human or system error.
For casino games — including slots, live dealer games, baccarat, card games, and bingo — game results are determined by certified random number generators (for non-live games) or real cards and equipment (for live games). BNW55 does not manipulate outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure during a game session, any incomplete round will be settled based on the last confirmed state of the game where possible. If settlement is not possible, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to your balance.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on BNW55. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any balance on account:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Opening more than one account per individual.
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access games or place bets.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or calculation errors — these must be reported to BNW55 support immediately. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
- Colluding with other players in any form, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer games.
- Using BNW55 for any money laundering activity or in connection with any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempting to charge back or reverse deposits through your bank or payment provider after using the funds to wager.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing BNW55 staff or other players in any communication channel.
9 Account Suspension and Termination
BNW55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
- Requests by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
- Account inactivity for an extended period (see the dormant account policy in Section 10).
When a player account is suspended for investigation, BNW55 will retain any balance pending the outcome. If the investigation confirms a violation, BNW55 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance in line with the specific breach.
Players may close their BNW55 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at support@bnw55.best. Any real-money balance at the time of account closure will be paid out after standard verification, provided no outstanding Terms violations exist.
10 Limitation of Liability
BNW55 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, BNW55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses or damages arising from:
- Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical disruptions beyond BNW55's reasonable control.
- Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as banks or e-wallets.
- Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from a player's failure to protect their login credentials.
- Decisions made by a player based on inaccurate information they themselves provided to BNW55.
BNW55's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim, except where required otherwise by applicable Philippine law.
11 Privacy and Data
